The platform is not a government agency, government-approved programme, carbon registry, exchange, broker, accredited validation or verification body, certification body, or financial adviser. It does not issue, certify, transfer, or retire carbon credits.

A listing costs a one-time ₹199 registration fee. A listing does not guarantee project eligibility, verification, credit issuance, buyer interest, a sale, a particular price, payment, or income.

Buyers and sellers must perform their own due diligence and use the appropriate independent professionals and registries where a transaction requires them.
